Accompaniment for instrumentalists and singers
Success in diplomas, grade exams, competitions and auditions always depends upon the presentation of a ‘complete’ duo performance. Ann has had over 25 years experience, working with and playing for students and performers at diplomas and grade exams as well as other key milestones in a young person’s career – competitions such as BBC Young Musician of the Year’, auditions for scholarships at Music College as well as Music Festivals.
Consultation and coaching
25 years experience as an ABRSM examiner and working with young musicians have shown the importance of good advice and support for young performers prior to important occasions. Consultation lessons, as well as piano lessons, are available for students in the Dublin area and further afield. Performing to a sympathetic but informed musician can spark off that extra inspiration which we all need, even though we may have worked diligently and have been well prepared. This should always be positive, helpful and supportive, but that second opinion, similar to a masterclass experience, can sometimes make all the difference.
